Jyoti Dastidar is an independent counsel with more than 16 years of practice in original civil and appellate matters, commercial disputes, writ petitions, environmental litigation, white collar litigation, employment disputes, and arbitration (both domestic and international) and mediation. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court as well as other High Courts and tribunals in India.

• Till January 2024, she was a partner in India’s largest law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. As partner, she worked on several civil and commercial matters and high stake, high value litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international).
• Jyoti is also an Advocate on Record (AOR) of the Supreme Court of India and is a gold medalist. She has regularly briefed the Attorney General of India, the Solicitor General of India and various Additional Solicitor Generals in matters before the constitutional courts.
